Welcome to Ledivi. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
Ledivi is a small artisan jewelry brand. Each piece is handmade and may have slight variations from the product photos. These differences are part of the unique character of handmade work.
As required by Bulgarian law during the euro changeover, prices are displayed in both euro (EUR) and Bulgarian lev (BGN) at the fixed conversion rate 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN. Payments are processed in euro.
2. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.
Payments on Ledivi.com are processed securely through Stripe.
We currently accept:– All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
– Apple Pay for supported devices.
– Link by Stripe for faster checkout (where available).All transactions are encrypted and handled securely by Stripe. Ledivi does not store or have access to your full payment information.
Ledivi reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of payment issues or stock errors.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free worldwide tracked shipping on all orders.
Each piece is crafted, carefully packaged, and shipped from our studio in Sofia, Bulgaria, within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times vary by destination, typically:
Europe: 3–7 business days
Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan - 5–7 business days
USA, Canada: 5–14 business days
Australia, New Zealand, and others: 10–21 business days
Other countries - 10–30 business days).
You’ll receive a tracking link once your jewelry begins its journey.
Customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Returns & Exchanges
You may return unworn jewelry within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Repairs & Warranty
All Ledivi jewelry comes with free repairs for life. Customers cover only the shipping costs to and from our studio.
Repairs include: reattaching beads, replacing findings, and restoring chains.
Lost items or severe damage beyond repair are not covered, but we will work with you on possible alternatives.
6. Care & Responsibility
Ledivi jewelry is delicate and should be handled with care. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals to prolong its life.
Ledivi is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling.
7. Privacy Policy
Customer information will only be used to process orders and provide services.
We do not share or sell personal data to third parties.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bulgaria.
