Every Ledivi piece comes with free repairs for life. Jewelry is meant to be worn and loved, and sometimes that means it needs a little care along the way.
What do I need to cover?
The repair itself is always free. You only need to cover the cost of shipping the piece to and from me.
How does it work?
Contact me through the Contact Form with your order details and a short note about the repair needed.
Send the piece to me - carefully packaged.
I’ll repair it with the same care and attention it was originally made with.
Once it’s ready, I’ll ship it back to you.
Are there any limits?
Repairs are for restoring your jewelry to its original condition (e.g. replacing findings, re-attaching beads, or fixing chains). If a piece is lost or severely damaged beyond repair, we’ll discuss possible alternatives together.

With a little attention, your jewelry will stay as radiant as the day it was created.
