Returns & Refunds

I want you to love your Ledivi jewelry. If for any reason you are not fully happy, here’s how returns work:

Returns

• You may return unworn jewelry within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• To start a return, please contact me through at care@ledivi.com with your order number.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Exclusions

• Customized or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned.

Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• If your item was defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Refunds may take up to 7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
