Processing Time

• Each piece is crafted, carefully packaged, and dispatched from our studio in Sofia, Bulgaria within 1–3 business days.

• During busy seasons or for custom orders, processing may take a little longer. If additional processing time is needed, we’ll always let you know.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery times below apply after your order has been dispatched and are in addition to the 1–3 business days needed for processing.

• Europe: 3–7 business days

• Japan, Malaysia, Singapore & Taiwan: 5–7 business days

• USA & Canada: 5–14 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 10–21 business days

• Other countries: 10–30 business days

Please note: Deliveries to islands and other remote locations may require an additional 1–3 business days.

Shipping Costs

• We ship worldwide.

• We offer free shipping across Europe on all orders over €60.

• Shipping to all other destinations is a flat rate of €15.
